Im István Divéky editor-in-chief of Radio-D. I had worked as musical editor at the Hungarian Public Radio for 35 years. I hade produced classical and light entertaintment music programs and other cultural show.
Diveky Radio was launched on 1st September, 2007 with 9 music channels. Three years later the name of the radio have been changedto Radio-D. At the same time we broadened music programs adding three new channels.
With the present changes we did a little „facelift”: we modernized the broadcast to be more accurate, and we provide more dataabout the tracks. We never stoped collecting the rare and quality songs to broaden our great collection of music. Nevertheless our Gramofon channel broadcast also vintage ads and sound samples.
Radio-D presentlybroadcasts 12 independent musical radio programs, under the same editing principles, the same scale of values, the quality of the music, the detailed and clear forma of the sites. Our channels broadcast the most famous and most valuable recordings of each music genre.
We are convinced, that the possibility of surfing between the channels helps the lovers of different music genres to know, or even to love other ones too.
